Akashic Vocabulary You Must Know Before Learning to Read the Records- By Neha Singla

One of the first things I always tell new learners is this:
Before you dive into reading the Records… you must learn to speak their language.
And no, I don’t mean anything fancy or mystical. I simply mean learning the basic vocabulary — the words and terms that are commonly used in the Akashic world.
Understanding these will make your learning smoother, your connection stronger, and your inner confidence unshakable.

Now let’s walk through each of the 17 important words — explained in extremely simple language, just like I would explain to my own students inside my Diploma Course.
🌌 1. Akashic Records
Think of this as a library of your soul.
It holds all the information about your past, present, and future possibilities — like your soul’s Google Drive.
When we learn to access these Records, we can get answers, clarity, and healing for almost any area of life — relationships, career, health, or inner peace.
🔷 2. Soul Blueprint
Just like your fingerprints are unique, your soul has a design too — a blueprint.
It shows what you’re here to learn, your natural gifts, your lessons, your personality, and how you are meant to grow. Reading this blueprint can change the way you look at your life.
📚 3. Record Keepers
These are loving, non-physical beings who guard and guide your Akashic Records.
When you open your Records, you may feel their energy — calm, peaceful, and warm. They don’t judge you. They simply help you receive the right guidance.
⏳ 4. Timelines
Imagine your life as having multiple roads — one where you became a doctor, one where you moved to a new country, one where you didn’t.
These are all timelines — choices and possibilities your soul can experience. Sometimes, past or parallel timelines can affect your present.
🤝 5. Soul Contracts
Before taking birth, your soul creates agreements with other souls — to meet, learn, grow, or sometimes even challenge each other.
That’s why some relationships feel so intense, even when they’re short. They’re part of a soul contract.
🏛️ 6. Akashic Halls or Temple
When you access the Records during meditation, you may visualize a place — like a temple, a library, or a hall of light.
This is symbolic. It’s your inner way of experiencing the divine space where Records are kept.
🔗 7. Energetic Cords
Have you ever felt stuck to someone emotionally, even when they’re not around? That’s an energetic cord.
We create cords with people we’ve been deeply connected to — and sometimes, those cords need to be gently cut so we can move on. Akashic tools help with this.
👼 8. Spirit Team / Guides / Angels
You are never alone.
There are beings who are always with you — guides, angels, ancestors, ascended masters — all forming your spiritual support team.
You can learn to connect with them through the Akashic Records and receive guidance.
📩 9. Channeled Messages
Sometimes when you’re meditating, journaling, or even talking — a message flows through you that feels bigger than your own thoughts.
That’s a channeled message — a direct transmission from your Records or guides.
🙏 10. Opening Prayer / Invocation
Before opening the Akashic Records, we always use a sacred prayer or invocation.
This helps create a safe and aligned space, like ringing the bell before entering a temple. It’s a sign of respect and connection.
🌈 11. Vibration / Frequency
This is the energy you’re carrying in the moment — calm, joyful, angry, sad.
Higher vibrations (like gratitude, peace, love) make it easier to receive clear messages from the Records. That’s why we do meditations and grounding practices.
🧱 12. Intuitive Blocks
Sometimes, you might doubt yourself:
“Am I imagining this?”
“Is this really guidance?”
These doubts are intuitive blocks. They’re very normal — and inside the course, we learn how to gently move past them.
🧙 13. Archetypes
Archetypes are roles your soul expresses — like The Healer, The Teacher, The Explorer, The Creator.
Knowing your archetype helps you understand how you naturally operate in the world and how you are meant to serve.
🌑 14. Shadow Work
We all have parts we hide — anger, fear, jealousy, guilt. Shadow work means gently bringing those hidden parts into light and healing them.
It’s not always easy, but it’s one of the most powerful parts of spiritual growth.
🌐 15. Parallel Lives
While past lives are lives you’ve already lived, parallel lives are lives your soul is living right now in a different timeline or dimension.
Sometimes fears or patterns come from these lives too — and Akashic Records can help you access and understand them.
🚫 16. Spiritual Bypassing
This means using spirituality to avoid real feelings. Like saying “Everything happens for a reason” but not dealing with sadness or anger.
True healing means feeling your emotions and then letting them go — not skipping them.
📖 17. Divine Reports
When you do a reading for someone, you create a written summary of the guidance, soul messages, and insights received.
This is a Divine Report — something your clients can keep and reflect on deeply. It’s a beautiful gift of clarity and healing.

These words are not just “spiritual terms.”
They are tools that build your understanding. They help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more ready to trust what you’re receiving during your readings.
